Instructions
Heat broth in a large skillet over medium heat. Add white onion and cook until softened, 5 to 7 minutes. Add coconut milk, water, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, miso and pepper flakes and stir until smooth. Simmer over medium heat.
Stir in kale and continue simmering, tossing often until kale is just tender, about 5 minutes.
