Cauliflower Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
6
organic eggs
½
cup
cauliflower puree
1
tbsp
ghee
or coconut oil
2
tbsp
full fat coconut milk
sea salt
to taste
Instructions
Mix together all ingredients.
Heat skillet on medium heat, add ghee or oil, wait until heated.
Add egg mixture and stir using spatula until eggs are cooked light and fluffy.
Notes
A simple way to sneak some veggies in - great for kiddos!
