Cocoa Rose Berry

Serves: 1 large / 2 small


1 cup frozen raspberries
1 banana
1 sprig rosemary, leaves chopped*
1 cup non-dairy milk, your choice
1 tablespoon almond butter
2 tablespoons cocoa nibs
1 tablespoon raw cacao or unsweetened cocoa powder
*Rosemary is strong, so you may want to start with half and add the rest in to your liking!


Blend all ingredients until creamy. Add additional milk or water if needed to thin to your desired consistency.
If using protein powder or seed mix, add at the very end (you don’t want to overblend protein powder).
