How’re ya feeling?


  • Hi! How’s everyone feeling? We wanted to do a little mid-program check-in (we’re over halfway there, can you believe it??!) to see how you’re feeling physically, emotionally, mentally… We of course want to know the good so we can share in your successes and excitement, but we also want to know the not-so-good so we can make sure the last half of the program is a ZINGER. We want it all! Some of you have already shared (thank you!) but we’d love to hear from the rest of you, too! Reply and let us know!

  • I’m feeling great. I was already eating partially P20, but I was definitely eating some junky food and a good amount of sugar. The biggest difference I’m seeing is less bloating, and I had a patch of eczema that has been slowly healing and getting less inflamed. It’s so nice not to have a big ugly, painful patch of skin staring at me in the mirror!

  • Wonderful! You are seeing AND feeling changes, Marisa-That’s such a motivation to keep it up. Sugar sneaks into our lives quickly and taking 20 days off is a great way to take note and reset. Love that you are feeling less bloated and that your eczema is on the way out. My daughter struggled with eczema when she was 2-yrs-old and by eliminating sugar and dairy…it disappeared. Our body does an amazing job of telling us when something isn’t working…it’s just a matter of figuring out WHAT is causing the issue. Huge congrats on sticking to the program!
