Ingredients

frozen blueberries

cocoa powder

coconut milk

tbsp
pure maple syrup
pinch
sea salt
1⁄2

vanilla extract

tbsp
unsweetened coconut
(optional)

tbsp
cocoa nibs
(optional)
Instructions
Blend all of the ingredients except for the coconut and cocoa nibs until smooth.
Serve into two bowls and top with coconut and cocoa nibs (or other toppings of your choice). Enjoy!
Notes
Make ahead tip: Make in the evening and have breakfast ready for the next two days.
