Chai Gingerbread Shake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rooibos chai tea brewed, chilled
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1⁄8 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk (almond, coconut or hemp milk)
  • 1⁄4 cup almond butter
  • 1 tbsp honey or pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • handful ice cubes

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Enjoy!
