Chai Gingerbread Shake
Ingredients
- 2 cups rooibos chai tea brewed, chilled
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1⁄8 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk (almond, coconut or hemp milk)
- 1⁄4 cup almond butter
- 1 tbsp honey or pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- handful ice cubes
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Enjoy!
