Infused Bircher Muesli Jar

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 bag rooibos tea
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup quinoa or buckwheat flakes
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • drizzle pure maple syrup

Instructions

  • Bring the milk to a simmer, turn off the heat and add the tea bag. Let steep for a minimum of 5 minutes.
  • Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl, add the milk, refrigerate and let it soak overnight.
  • You are ready to go come the morning!
