Ingredients

non-dairy milk

bag
rooibos tea
½
cup
rolled oats
¼
cup
quinoa or buckwheat flakes

tbsp
hemp seeds
1
tbsp
chia seeds
1
pinch
salt
1
cup
frozen berries
drizzle
pure maple syrup
Instructions
Bring the milk to a simmer, turn off the heat and add the tea bag. Let steep for a minimum of 5 minutes.
Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl, add the milk, refrigerate and let it soak overnight.
You are ready to go come the morning!
