Infused Bircher Muesli Jar
Ingredients
- ¾ cup non-dairy milk
- 1 bag rooibos tea
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup quinoa or buckwheat flakes
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup frozen berries
- drizzle pure maple syrup
Directions
- Bring the milk to a simmer, turn off the heat and add the tea bag. Let steep for a minimum of 5 minutes.
- Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl, add the milk, refrigerate and let it soak overnight.
- You are ready to go come the morning!
