Strawberry Coconut Dream

  • 2 cups spinach or your favorite dark leafy green
  • 1 cup almond milk or coconut milk, or rice milk
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 cup organic strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein optional
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil


  • Blend greens, non-dairy milk and water until well blended. Add the banana, strawberries, chia seeds and vanilla and blend well.
  • Sprinkle with shredded coconut if you're feeling really creative!
