Strawberry Coconut Dream Smoothie
- 2 cups spinach or your favorite dark leafy green
- 1 cup almond milk or coconut milk, or rice milk
- ½ cup ice
- 1 cup organic strawberries fresh or frozen
- 1 scoop vanilla protein optional
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Blend greens, non-dairy milk and water until well blended. Add the banana, strawberries, chia seeds and vanilla and blend well.
- Sprinkle with shredded coconut if you're feeling really creative!
