Cauliflower Puree

Ingredients

cauliflower
or broccoli
1
tbsp
ghee
or coconut oil (melted)
Instructions
Cut off cauliflower florets and discard core.
Steam for 8-10 minutes.
Puree in a food processor or blender for about 2 minutes, with a bit of melted ghee or oil, and a touch of water if needed, until you achieve a smooth, creamy texture.
Notes
You can also use broccoli in place of cauliflower for broccoli puree!
