Cauliflower Puree

  • 1 head cauliflower or broccoli
  • 1 tbsp ghee or coconut oil (melted)
  • Cut off cauliflower florets and discard core.
  • Steam for 8-10 minutes.
  • Puree in a food processor or blender for about 2 minutes, with a bit of melted ghee or oil, and a touch of water if needed, until you achieve a smooth, creamy texture.
You can also use broccoli in place of cauliflower for broccoli puree!
