Mint Chip Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
  • ½ cup non-dairy milk
  • ½ cup ice water
  • 1 banana ripe
  • 1 pear ripe
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ½ cup Enjoy Life chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  • Blend greens, fresh mint, non-dairy milk and water until well blended. Add the banana, pear, vanilla, honey and chocolate chips (if using) and blend well.
  • Sprinkle with a few extra chocolate chips!
