Mint Chip Smoothie

Serves: 2


2 cups spinach (or your favorite dark leafy green)
¼ cup fresh mint leaves
½ cup almond, coconut or rice milk
½ cup ice water
1 ripe banana
1 ripe pear
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 tablespoons honey
½ cup Enjoy Life chocolate chips (optional)


1. Blend greens, fresh mint, non-dairy milk and water until well blended. Add the banana, pear, vanilla, honey and chocolate chips (if using) and blend well.
2. Sprinkle with few extra chocolate chips!
