Mint Chip Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 cups spinach
- ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
- ½ cup non-dairy milk
- ½ cup ice water
- 1 banana ripe
- 1 pear ripe
- ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp honey
- ½ cup Enjoy Life chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
- Blend greens, fresh mint, non-dairy milk and water until well blended. Add the banana, pear, vanilla, honey and chocolate chips (if using) and blend well.
- Sprinkle with a few extra chocolate chips!
