Tangy Thai Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 clove
  • 1 tbsp cilantro fresh, packed
  • 2 tbsp creamy almond butter
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 tbsp tamari
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • fresh ginger 1“ piece, peeled
  • 2 tbsp full fat coconut milk
  • 2 tsp honey or pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 dash red pepper flakes
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp water

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor and blend on high until completely smooth. Add water if needed to thin, it will thicken as it chills.
