Tangy Thai Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 clove
- 1 tbsp cilantro fresh, packed
- 2 tbsp creamy almond butter
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 tbsp tamari
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- fresh ginger 1“ piece, peeled
- 2 tbsp full fat coconut milk
- 2 tsp honey or pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 dash red pepper flakes
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp water
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor and blend on high until completely smooth. Add water if needed to thin, it will thicken as it chills.
