"Cheesy" Black Bean Dip

Ingredients

  • 15 oz black beans can, rinsed and drained
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 lime juiced
  • sea salt to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor or high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy! Serve with celery or bell pepper for a healthy snack or appetizer.

Notes

Make ahead tip: This can be made in advance for an easy snack or when you’re having people over. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days!
