“Cheesy” Black Bean Dip
Ingredients
- 15 oz black beans can, rinsed and drained
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 lime juiced
- sea salt to taste
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor or high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy! Serve with celery or bell pepper for a healthy snack or appetizer.
Notes
Make ahead tip: This can be made in advance for an easy snack or when you’re having people over. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days!
