Zen Belly Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • splash coconut milk
  • ¼ cup fresh mint packed
  • ginger 1 inch piece, peeled and grated
  • ¼ avocado

Instructions

  • Blend everything except for the avocado until creamy and smooth.
  • If using protein powder or seed mix, add at the very end (you don’t want to overblend protein powder).

Notes

Talk about making peace with your digestive system. The components of this smoothie promote a healthy belly due to the enzymes from pineapple and the soothing properties of mint and ginger. Sayonara upset belly.
