Zen Belly Smoothie

Serves: 1 large/2 small

Ingredients

1 cup frozen pineapple
½ frozen banana
½ cup water
½ cup coconut water
Splash of coconut milk
¼ cup packed fresh mint
1 inch piece ginger, peeled and grated
¼ small avocado

Directions

1. Blend everything except for the avocado until creamy and smooth.
2. If using protein powder or seed mix, add at the very end (you don’t want to overblend protein powder).
