Tuna/Chicken/Egg Salad

Ingredients
choice of protein
canned tuna, shredded chicken, hard boiled eggs
½
avocado
2
tbsp
mayo
olive oil based
lemon juice
to taste
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
chopped onion
frozen peas
optional but makes the salad nice and cold!
Instructions
Break up your canned tuna or smash your hard boiled eggs if using.
Mix in all desired ingredients! Note: make this your own: don't like onion? Skip. Don't have avocado on hand? No sweat.
