Tuna/ Chicken/ Egg Salad
- choice of protein canned tuna, shredded chicken, hard boiled eggs
- ½ avocado
- 2 tbsp mayo olive oil based
- lemon juice to taste
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- chopped onion
- frozen peas optional but makes the salad nice and cold!
- Break up your canned tuna or smash your hard boiled eggs if using.
- Mix in all desired ingredients! Note: make this your own: don't like onion? Skip. Don't have avocado on hand? No sweat.
