Tuna/Chicken/Egg Salad

  • choice of protein canned tuna, shredded chicken, hard boiled eggs
  • ½ avocado
  • 2 tbsp mayo olive oil based
  • lemon juice to taste
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • chopped onion
  • frozen peas optional but makes the salad nice and cold!


  • Break up your canned tuna or smash your hard boiled eggs if using.
  • Mix in all desired ingredients! Note: make this your own: don't like onion? Skip. Don't have avocado on hand? No sweat.
