In a large sauté pan, blanch broccoli in water for 4-6 minutes until fork tender. Drain and set aside.
In same large sauté pan, add chicken, ghee, coconut aminos, and half the lime juice. Cook until chicken is fully cooked.
You can add cauliflower rice to chicken pan or cook separetly. Stir-fry on medium heat until cauliflower is done to your liking, 4-6 minutes.
Top with sesame seeds and squeeze remaining lime juice!
