Whisk the wet ingredients until smooth. Then add in the dry ingredients and whisk again until combined.
Grease a waffle iron with coconut oil spray. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the iron and cook until golden brown. Repeat until all the waffles have been cooked. Top with extra banana slices, almond butter, or maple syrup.
