You can add, edit or remove a meal plan from your meal plan landing page. In the video above, Week One meal plan is complete, Week Two is half filled out and Week Three is empty. Your account is populated with three plans to start and you can duplicate any of them to create new plans.
Click into the meal plan you'd like to add items to. You can add items directly to the day/column, or click the "Add Items" button in the action row at the bottom of the screen. You can drag and drop, add and remove, and search for recipes on this page.
You can now add your own recipes or food items to meal plans.
