Optional Toppings:

  • nut butter
  • Tahini
  • hemp seeds
  • chia seeds
  • pumpkin seeds
  • pecans chopped
  • walnuts chopped
  • cashews chopped
  • Brazil nuts chopped
  • dried fruit
  • Wash an apple and slice into approximately 1 cm slices. Remove core with a paring knife and slather with your favorite toppings.
For when there's no time to prepare an elaborate meal and just want to eat something...well, something your 4-year-old would eat.
Tip: Always aim to have the presence of protein and fat to make this a legit, small but satisfying meal. Nut butter + seeds, avocado + hemp seeds, tahini + sliced dates are a few of our favorite combos!
