  • ½ cucumber peeled
  • 1 inch fresh ginger peeled
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 frozen banana peeled
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp spirulina optional
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ avocado
  • Blend everything except for the avocado until creamy and smooth.
  • Add the avocado and blend until smooth. If using protein powder, add at the very end (you don’t want to overblend protein powder).
