Chocolate Hazelnut Fat Balls
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup hazelnuts
- ¼ cup cacao powder or cocoa powder
- ½ cup chocolate coconut butter softened (regular coconut butter works here, too)
- ½ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 5-6 dates pitted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch sea salt
- mini chocolate chips (optional - we like Enjoy Life to keep things dairy-free)
Directions
- Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until a dough forms. If it’s looking dry, splash a little more almond milk. If it's too wet, add more hazelnuts. Then, using a cookie scoop, scoop balls onto a parchment-lined tray.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before diving in!
