Chocolate Hazelnut Fat Balls

  • 1 ½ cup hazelnuts
  • ¼ cup cacao powder or cocoa powder
  • ½ cup chocolate coconut butter softened (regular coconut butter works here, too)
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 5-6 dates pitted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch sea salt
  • mini chocolate chips (optional - we like Enjoy Life to keep things dairy-free)
  • Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until a dough forms. If it’s looking dry, splash a little more almond milk. If it's too wet, add more hazelnuts. Then, using a cookie scoop, scoop balls onto a parchment-lined tray.
  • Chill for at least 30 minutes before diving in!
Makes: 10-12 balls
