Cocoa Rose-Berry Smoothie
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 banana
- 1 sprig rosemary chopped
- 1 cup non-dairy milk of your choice
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 tbsp raw cacao or unsweetened cocoa powder
- Blend all ingredients until creamy. Add additional milk or water if needed to thin to your desired consistency.
- If using protein powder, add at the very end (you don’t want to overblend protein powder).
