Cocoa Rose-Berry Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 sprig rosemary chopped
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk of your choice
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao or unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Blend all ingredients until creamy. Add additional milk or water if needed to thin to your desired consistency.
  • If using protein powder, add at the very end (you don’t want to overblend protein powder).
