Creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette

  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic peeled
  • 2 tsp raw honey
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • In a food processor or high speed blender, add the vinegar, lime juice, mustard, garlic, honey, salt, and pepper. While blending, slowly add the olive oil until emulsified. Taste and add salt if needed.
If you can get your hands on white balsamic, we particularly love its mild flavor here! This dressing has a permanent place in the PN team members' fridges.
