Garlic Crackers

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup ground flax seed
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • sea salt to taste
  • 1 organic egg
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • ½ tsp fresh rosemary
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Preheat oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a food processor, combine all of the ingredients and pulse until well combined.
  • Place the dough in the center of the cookie sheet and cover with another piece of parchment paper, then roll out with rolling pin until very thin, about 1⁄8 inch.
  • Cut your squares to the size you want, then bake for 15-20 minutes or until crispy.
