- 1 cup almond flour
- ¼ cup ground flax seed
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- sea salt to taste
- 1 organic egg
- 2 tbsp ghee
- ½ tsp fresh rosemary
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- Preheat oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, combine all of the ingredients and pulse until well combined.
- Place the dough in the center of the cookie sheet and cover with another piece of parchment paper, then roll out with rolling pin until very thin, about 1⁄8 inch.
- Cut your squares to the size you want, then bake for 15-20 minutes or until crispy.
