Honey Mustard Dressing

  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp honey or pure maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp ground mustard
  • 1 tbsp nut or seed butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • sea salt to taste
  • freshly ground pepper to taste
  • Add all ingredients to your food processor or blender and mix until emulsified. This dressing is a bit thick, so if you prefer it thinner add a bit of water.
