Overnight Oats Jar

  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • ½ banana
  • frozen berries
  • ½ cup gluten-free oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds


  • 2 tbsp nuts chopped
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • ½ cup fresh fruit
  • Blend non-dairy milk with ½ banana and frozen berries.
  • Add oats (ratio should be 1 part oats to 2 parts liquid), chia seeds, and milk blend to a mason jar and shaker 'er up!
  • Let sit in fridge for 4 hours (or overnight) and breakfast is served.
This is the perfect on-the-go breakfast or snack. Feel free to play around with flavors to find a combo you love! If you want them a bit sweeter, add stevia or a touch of honey or pure maple syrup.
