Overnight Oats Jar
Your choice of non-dairy milk (amount dependent on oats)
Gluten free oats (amount dependent on milk)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Any additional toppings (we love nuts, nut butter, seeds, fresh fruit, maple syrup, etc)
1. Blend non-dairy milk with 1/2 a banana and frozen berries.
2. Add oats (ratio should be 1 part oats to 2 parts liquid), chia seeds, and milk blend to a mason jar and shaker 'er up!
3. Let sit in fridge for 4 hours (or overnight) and breakfast is served.
This is the perfect on the go breakfast or snack. Feel free to play around with flavors to find a combo you love!
