Overnight Oats Jar
Ingredients
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- ½ banana
- frozen berries
- ½ cup gluten-free oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Toppings
- 2 tbsp nuts chopped
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- ½ cup fresh fruit
Directions
- Blend non-dairy milk with ½ banana and frozen berries.
- Add oats (ratio should be 1 part oats to 2 parts liquid), chia seeds, and milk blend to a mason jar and shaker 'er up!
- Let sit in fridge for 4 hours (or overnight) and breakfast is served.
Notes
This is the perfect on-the-go breakfast or snack. Feel free to play around with flavors to find a combo you love! If you want them a bit sweeter, add stevia or a touch of honey or pure maple syrup.
