Sesame Vinaigrette

  • ΒΌ cup rice wine vinegar plus 2 tablespoons
  • 1 small shallot minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tsp tamari or coconut aminos
  • Whisk together rice wine vinegar, shallot, sesame oil, honey, ginger and tamari or coconut aminos in a small bowl. Done!
