Sweet Potato Fries

  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil or ghee, melted
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • Preheat oven to 375° F. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into even matchsticks (bigger than small fries, smaller than steak fries). Place the sweet potatoes on a foil or parchment lined baking tray.
  • Using a spatula, toss sweet potatoes with the melted oil, salt, paprika, cumin and chili powder.
  • Bake the fries for 30 minutes, flipping the fries halfway through. Enjoy!
Sweet potatoes are one of the most nourishing foods you can eat for your digestive tract. So... why not make fries out of them? Best eaten fresh.
