Tropical Matcha Smoothie

  • 1 tbsp matcha powder
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk of your choice
  • 1 cup mango chunks, frozen
  • ½ banana frozen
  • ginger ½ inch piece, peeled
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • Blend matcha, milk, fruit, ginger and cinnamon until well blended, making sure the ginger is fully incorporated.
  • If using protein powder or seed mix, add at the very end (you don’t want to overblend protein powder).
Put a little pep in your step with this matcha smoothie! We love this one with coconut milk for a truly tropical vibe.
