Tropical Matcha Smoothie
- 1 tbsp matcha powder
- 1 cup non-dairy milk of your choice
- 1 cup mango chunks, frozen
- ½ banana frozen
- ginger ½ inch piece, peeled
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- Blend matcha, milk, fruit, ginger and cinnamon until well blended, making sure the ginger is fully incorporated.
- If using protein powder or seed mix, add at the very end (you don’t want to overblend protein powder).
Put a little pep in your step with this matcha smoothie! We love this one with coconut milk for a truly tropical vibe.
