Wasabi Ginger Dressing

  • ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1 ½ tsp honey
  • 1 inch fresh ginger peeled and grated
  • 1 tsp wasabi powder
  • 2 tbsp tamari
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • Whisk ingredients in a small bowl or combine in a jar with a tight fitting lid and shake.
Make ahead tip: Stores well in an airtight container in the fridge for 7-9 days.
