Wasabi Ginger Dressing
- ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 ½ tsp honey
- 1 inch fresh ginger peeled and grated
- 1 tsp wasabi powder
- 2 tbsp tamari
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- Whisk ingredients in a small bowl or combine in a jar with a tight fitting lid and shake.
Make ahead tip: Stores well in an airtight container in the fridge for 7-9 days.
