We definitely won’t take your coffee away on P20. But if you’re a “I’ll take a little coffee with my creamer” type of gal, we’ll encourage you to swap out your cream and sugar for something healthier (link to blog post). We also suggest limiting your caffeine intake to 1 cup each day and drinking coffee after you’ve had breakfast instead of on an empty stomach.
