I noticed that cashews aren’t listed in the various places you talk about and list different kinds of nuts as a healthy fat. Do they not have the same healthy fat properties as other nuts (like walnuts or almonds)? Thank you!

Cashews are still a healthy source of fat but they’re lower in protein and omega-3’s than some other nuts and seeds. We love their creamy texture though (cashew milk is one of my favorites) and they’re also great for making dairy-free/ vegan cheese!
