  • Yes! So many favorites around here.

After school “snack plates” are a thing around here, and recent requests have included the banana bread (preferred with cacao nibs), avocado sweet potato toasts (with a sprinkle of Trader Joe’s Everything but the Bagel), and chia pudding with frozen cherries. *And a candy from their Valentine’s Day haul, but we win a few, lose a few, right?!… I’ve been sending the strawberry breakfast cookies for school snacks, which is a win 🙂

For dinner, the fam loved the Coconut Chicken Street Tacos (as an aside, I’ve been putting that sauce on EVERYTHING…it’s fab).

And my personal faves? Definitely the Lentil Bowl (super-easy), roasted salt & vinegar chickpeas, and roasted acorn squash.

I can’t wait to hear what everyone else is adding to the permanent rotation!

  • We love the crockpot coconut chicken street tacos and the honey dijon sheet pan chicken. Both are really good as left over’s also.
