Hello P20ers! Hooray…you made it through the first week which is often the hardest part! The goods news? Your new habits should start feeling a little easier and hopefully comfortable by the end of this week. If you are feeling hungry between meals, try drinking a couple glasses of water and waiting 20 minutes to see if hunger subsides.
If not, here are a handful of snack ideas…
– Hard boiled eggs (make a batch today and have them ready to grab in the fridge)
– Mixed nuts (a handful gives you healthy fat AND protein to curb appetite until your next meal)
– Fruit (and/all)
– Hummus & veggies (another item to pre-cut/prep to have on-hand for the week)
– Smoothie (prepare a few in advance and keep them in mason jars in the fridge for when hunger calls)
– Energy balls (see recipes for ideas)
