If I’m not counting calories, how will I know how much to eat? 


  • Good question! A lot of us have spent years relying on diet plans or calorie trackers to tell us how much we “should” be eating. But during P20 (and beyond!) you’ll learn how to pay attention to your body’s cues to learn how much to eat and what foods work best for your body. We’ve provided a food log (link to download food log) to help you understand what your body likes and needs. You can also check out this hunger scale we like to use to help us know when and if we’re hungry and ready to eat. Our PN health coaches and nutritionists are also great resources and can help you through this rediscovery process.
