Hey all! I’m Claudia, and I live in St. Paul, Minnesota. I have done P20 a number of times, and now is a good time to revisit it. I had three colds in three months (October – December), and want to boost my immunity. Also, following this eating plan, I lost a total of 40 pounds a couple of years ago. I have now gained back 20 pounds, and need to get back into good habits. I live in downtown now, and there are always food options, when I don’t feel like cooking. I need to cook more for myself, and am looking forward to perusing the recipes. I’m also eager to reconnect to my PN alum friends. Looking forward to better health.

We’ve increased our recipes and hope you are inspired to get back in your kitchen. Thank you for your recipes comments/suggestions so far – you are a huge help.
