Do the recipes include serving sizes and/or the number of portions? My husband made the Herbed Chicken and Brussel Sprouts tonight and even halved the recipe, but it still seemed like far too much food for 2 people. We really struggle with portion control and want to make sure we are not eating 4 serving worth of food.

Yes, in the bottom of the recipe you will see a notes section that lists the serving size. We typically give a range though (2-4 servings) as appetites can vary. We recommend focusing on whole foods and eating slowly. Your stomach and brain communicate but it takes 15-20 minutes to register when you are full/content. This said, eat the amount that feels right for you. We don’t want you left hungry…or uncomfortably full. Hope you enjoy the herbed chicken and Brussel sprouts! Leftovers are always a great way to use any extra food too. Cheers to the first day!
