First off, this P20 program is coming into focus for me. I’m feeling good about the small wins (my daughter got a donut and while it took all the willpower I could muster to not get one too, I resisted). The big wins are that I’m sleeping better (I actually feel rested when I wake up in the morning), and I just generally feel better without the processed food and added sugar.
So here is where I’m struggling a bit. I’ve taken to having some protein powder during the day to stem some of the hunger cravings and keep me from reaching for a snack. I’ve found one that I like that is vanilla, plant-based and clean (it’s either Dr. Axe or SFH brand), but I’m getting tired of it. I’ve tried some of the other flavors and they are chalky or have a weird aftertastes. Can anyone recommend a decent protein powder that’s clean enough for P20 that tastes good?
