What are your thoughts on intermittent fasting? Should I try it? 

  • We recommend a 12 hour fast between dinner (or your last meal of the day) and breakfast the next morning. Fasting longer than 12 hours can be beneficial but it depends on a lot of different factors including gender, stress levels, blood sugar control, and more. If you’re interested in learning more about intermittent fasting and whether it could be a good fit for you we recommend working 1-on-1 with one of our health coaches or nutritionists.
