Yogurt – yay or nay?


  • I’m a few days behind on P20, but wondering about yogurt. I’ve been avoiding dairy (I miss cheese) but saw on fermented foods are allowed and yogurt was listed. If yes, please share what kinds/brands!!

  • Hi Karoline! Super good question. In general, we think whole fat organic grass-fed yogurt is a healthy part of what we call the P365 way to eat so rest assured you can resume that form of dairy in 10 days. You are seeing yogurt listed in the Moving Forward section of the Resources. We do recommend giving your body a break from all dairy for P20 though so if you are missing yogurt we recommend trying unsweetened coconut or almond milk based options. Let us know what you think!
