5-Spoon Chocolate Raw Truffle
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp gluten-free rolled oats
- 1 tbsp raw cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa
- 1 tbsp dried cherries
- 1 tbsp macadamia nuts
- Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Mold into 2-3 truffles. Simply double, triple or quadruple the recipe if you want to make more! Easy peasy.
Make ahead tip: These store well in the refrigerator for 8-10 days or in the freezer for 1 month (but they’ll never last that long!).
